WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Brad Knott (NC-13) participated in the House Judiciary Committee's field hearing in Charlotte, North Carolina, examining the scourge of violent crime enabled by Democrats' weak, soft-on-crime policies.
In a verbal exchange with the Democrats' witness, Congressman Knott pointed out that statistics showing a decrease in crime fail to recognize more than 1.5 million Americans killed with deadly drugs as well as potential tampering to artificially deflate reported instances of crime.
